St. Patrick's Day Run - Saturday, March 14, 2020 - RunnersWorld Tulsa - 3920 S Peoria Ave, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74105

March 14, 2020 is the 37th Annual St. Patrick’s 5K Run presented by RunnersWorld Tulsa. This race has a history of being one of the top 5K races in Oklahoma, and has a tradition of kicking off the racing season for runners in Oklahoma. Last year’s race attracted more than 2,100 runners! Other activities include: -DJ and music -Free Michelob Ultra -Kids Fun Zone featuring Jupiter jumps, and the Southwest Dairy Farmers display with free chocolate milk -Photo booth -School Team Contest All proceeds benefit Special Olympics Oklahoma and Tulsa Running Club.

TAT Chris Brown Duathlon - Sunday, March 22, 2020 - Mohawk Park, Tulsa, Oklahoma

The Chris Brown Duathlon is a great introduction to multi-sport events for beginners. It is also a challenging opportunity for experienced and competitive athletes. The Chris Brown Duathlon includes a 5km road run, 30km road bike, and another 5km road run.

The event is held at Mohawk Park in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The run course is fast and flat on a closed paved road within Mohawk Park. The bike course is relatively flat with only a few rolling hills along the city streets of Tulsa.

TAT Spring Fever Triathlon - Sunday, April 19, 2020 - Jenks Aquatics Center, Jenks, Oklahoma

The 2019 Spring Fever Triathlon is a great race for beginner triathletes as well as experienced racers. Many local and regional athletes began their triathlon “careers” at this event. The Spring Fever Sprint Triathlon is held at the Jenks Aquatic Center featuring an indoor Olympic sized pool located in Jenks, Oklahoma. The bike and run segments include a tour of beautiful Green Country just south of Tulsa.

Maple Ridge Run - Monday, May 25, 2020 - Owasso Island, 26th & Owasso, Tulsa, Oklahoma

The Maple Ridge Run is one of the longest running (pun intended) 5K races in the Tulsa area. It is one of the few races in the US that takes place entirely within a single neighborhood. Maple Ridge Neighbors are pleased to support this Memorial Day event for the past 32 years and look forward to many more.

The Maple Ridge 5K and Fun Run share a course through the beautiful and historic neighborhood located in mid-town Tulsa, Oklahoma. The 5K course is two loops through the hills and meandering streets of the Maple Ridge Neighborhood. Whether you are racing for a personal record or out for a leisurely walk with your neighbors you will enjoy the manicured lawns and historic homes throughout the area.

TAT Tulsa Triathlon - Sprint - Saturday, June 20, 2020 - Birch Lake, Barnsdall, Oklahoma

Tulsa Triathlon provides a distance challenge for all athletes. Whether you are 5 or 95 you will enjoy the beautiful scenery at Birch Lake near Barnsdall, Oklahoma as you experience the multi-sport lifestyle like no other event.

Events include Sprint Triathlon (500 meter open water swim, 12 mile road bike, 5K road run), International/Olympic Triathlon (1500 meter open water swim, 40K road bike, 10K road run), 70.3/Half (1.2 mile open water swim, 56 mile road bike, 13.1 mile road run). There are two Aquabike distances (1500M/40K and 1.2 mile/56 mile) along with a kids triathlon for ages 5 to 12.

TAT Tulsa Triathlon - Kids - Saturday, June 20, 2020 - Birch Lake, Barnsdall, Oklahoma

Tulsa Area Triathletes is excited to offer the Kid's Triathlon this year at Twin Cove Beach on Birch Lake. The Kid's Triathlon will be held on Saturday June 16th at 10:30 am after the adult Sprint Triathlon. Events include: Kids Ages 5-8 years old - Start at 10:30am - Swim 50 meters open water - in shallow part of lake | Bike 1 mile | Run .5 miles Kids Ages 9-12 years old (start after the 5-8yr olds finish) - Swim 100 meters open water - in shallow part of lake | Bike 2 miles | Run 1 mile Packet pick-up for the Kids Triathlon will be at RunnersWorld Tulsa, 3920 S. Peoria on June 18th - 19th 10am-6pm. Race shirts will be given to all participants who register by 5/15/20 and medals will be given to all finishers.

The RunnersWorld Tulsa Urban Adventure Race promises to be an unforgettable running experience. It is an urban adventure, a running tour of Tulsa, beginning and ending at RunnersWorld Tulsa. There is a distance for most everyone beginning with the marathon. The marathon is an exciting tour around Tulsa to experience seeing a vast amount of the iconic sights that represent our town! Upon finishing you will receive your Urban finisher's medal!
